Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and A2Z Construction Services ("A2Z," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 14271 Jeffrey Rd #502, Irvine, CA 92620. By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services Offered

A2Z Construction Services provides trucking, hauling, container, recycling, labor, cleanout, and construction services in Orange County and surrounding Southern California areas. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are set forth in separate written estimates or contracts.

SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P Compliance)

The following terms govern our SMS communications program, operated in compliance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable carrier A2P 10DLC requirements.

Program Description: A2Z Construction Services uses SMS/MMS messages to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding service estimates and quotes, appointment scheduling and confirmations, project status updates, follow-up on submitted inquiries, and occasional service-related promotional offers.

How to Opt In: You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form. By doing so, you provide express written consent under the TCPA to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from A2Z Construction Services.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase: You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from A2Z Construction Services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may increase during active project periods.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message from us.
• Calling us at (949) 788-9227.
• Emailing artjr@a2zcs.net with your phone number and opt-out request.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

No Third-Party Sharing: Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported Carriers: Available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability may vary.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder (or have account holder permission) for the mobile number provided. U.S. residents only.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by A2Z Construction Services, whether verbal, written, or submitted via web form, are non-binding unless expressly incorporated into a signed written contract. Final pricing is subject to on-site assessment, material availability, and scope confirmation.

Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of A2Z Construction Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, A2Z CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
